My lower Back clicks loads when i twist left and right but does not hurt at all is this normal. Also somtimes when im walking every time i put my left leg down i can hear a small click coming from my neck whats that all about

I have a 'clicky' hip but I do get back pain.  I was referred to a physiotherapist by my GP & he was very helpful.  It would be a good idea to get checked out before any potential problems develop - it's no fun being in pain!
