Changing language on computer

I have a new computer with Windows Vista, but boughyt in Spain. I cannot work out how to change the language to English, can anyone help me with a step by step idiot guide to changing the language as I can't get to grips with doing it in spanish

Mine is also Spanish and the only English ones are the ones which were installed in English, like Office but the main Windows XP is all in Spanish. You can reinstall windows in English, and that should work.
