night shift

im new to this site and am currently on nightshift!!! yawn,
anybody else work the graveyard shift?

Hi, I'm fairly new too and altho I don't work the nightshift I suffer from insomnia and am regularly up from 3am altho this morning, with the help of a bye-bye pill, I managed to go through to 5am.

Hello and welcome - not the night shift but a lot of people are up and about early so there's usually someone to chat to.

that insomnia is awful, you must feel rotten!!! i had it a few years back not to the extent that maybe you have it but enough to suffer...
im finishing in an hour and then im on my hols for a bit but i'll defo nip back on when i can..

Hello again hanhol , I used to absolutely hate night shift when I worked , I felt like a zombie . Enjoy your time off :-)
