memory upgade

is it easyto upgrade the memory in a toshiba satallite l20 laptop? i have reasonable experience on working inside a pc but never been inside a laptop. are there any pitfalls to be aware of? thanks for any advice that will enable to make an informed decison to di it myself or put into a local workshop.

piece of pi.... it's easy .... once you ID the panel to open ... the hard bit is not loosing the screw

At one time you could go to the crucial web site where you could get detailed instructions and photo's of your laptop, not sure if it's still available.
