My friend seperated from his girlfirend about one year ago, she left him for someone else and has moved into a new house with her new boyfriend. He has asked her numerous times to remove her personal items from the house which she has refused to do so, can he asume the right of ownership of the property and dispose of it. He wants to move on with his life but cant.

sell her goods and send her the the money after deducting your commision . this way she will be happy and you will also be free of this tension. try it might work.
But write first giving say 14 days notice send the letter by recorded delivery as proof that you sent it
Bag it all up and send it by courier or royal mail with note on saying cost to be paid by adressee on receipt of goods !!! then its up to her if she wants it ! failing that,, skip it all !

Thanks, Hes given her 30 days in writing to remove it, if she hasnt done so by then hes going to bin the lot, The courier idea is a nice idea, but theres so much stuff it would take a lorry load.
