Gary Cerone replaced Sammy Hagar in the heavy metal band Van Halen about a year ago. Van Halen has tried reconciling with their 2 former lead singers, Sammy Hagar and David Lee Roth, but failed miserably. With David Lee Roth as lead singer, they had 9 gold records.
