Could someone please explain the final plot on "The Box" gor completely bewilderd at the end.

Once upon a time there was a dentist with two wives and a dentist's brother.

Dentist killed wife No1 because he could not stand her dog, and she would not move out of Glasgow.

Dentist's brother killed dentist's wife No2 because she was wearing wife No1's dress.

Dentist's brother killed dentist.

Then the living all lived happily ever after.

Forgot to add, dentist's brother then killed himself.
