Anyone know of any good online games like runescape where u can build up your character/village and play/compete with other online users?

You could try Age of Empires, which is a war game as well ... you can download a trial version, which I believe is playable online. At least it used to be, but I�ve bought Age of Empires II now, so I can�t be sure. It�s free though � go to this page and scroll down a bit to �Trial Version�
