Why dont people ruddy well listen?

Not Mr Rabbity (tho he has his moments) but the makers of my boiler. I wont mention the make to spare their blushes but I have been telling this company for months that my boiler is cr@p. Because I am not an expert I wasn't believed.

Today I am told it has a fault from manufacture. I dont know whether to be relieved or angry.

Actually I'm gonna settle for a cross between smug and livid!

i hear your pain, we've just had a 4th visit from our boiler techs who had now finally discovered its a blocked pipe, hopefully its sorted now
