This is the millennium bridge in London that was closed for a time after its official opening for being too wobbly.

can't tell what type of bridge it is the picture is so bad. don't think it's the millenium it seems flatter without the over head structures, so perhaps it is a stone bridge, good point
Do you know if it is a bridge in the UK or can it be one overseas? There are several Y-shaped bridges abroad if you Google.
Question Author
the bridges can be anywhere in the world, one was in britain and six worldwide. i'll try and google again, thanks
Theres a 13th century triangular bridge at Crowland in Lincolnshire.

Yes, it's near me but the question author isn't sure that her bridge is stone. The Triangular Bridge at Crowland definitely is. Wish we could see the photograph.

thanks everyone, you're all trying so hard, i wish i could show you the picture but don't know how. that bridge you said gen 2 is too wide apart, the two approaches are much closer together, making a narrow y. it's so frustrating, i just want to show you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! think it is definitely for pedestrians, no cars in sight on either side. sorry to be so vague. LL
Good luck, anyway.
