I currently own jointly with 2 other partners a property in Brittany. The other two want to sell and I want to buy them out. If I have to go through a "notaire" should it be as expensive as a normal house purchase?
Anyone able to offer any advice?

A Notaire takes a fee based on the transaction cost. It is even more lucrative than employing someone in the UK. To get an exact answer you should post a question on 'Le AnswerBank'.
