I'm attempting a wheat-free diet but was wondering if I could eat cous cous or not.  Does anyone know if it's wheat-based?  Thanks :-)

Couscous is a coarsely ground semolina pasta and semolina is coarsely ground durum wheat. So yes, couscous is wheat based.
