Hello,

Could anyone please tell me the time it will take to travel from Kaunas to Vilnius and is it best by train or car?

Cheers

The train is almost certainly quickest. All trains are direct (i.e. no changes required) but some have more stops than others. Fastest trains take about an hour and a quarter. Slow services take up to half an hour longer.

Full details of ALL train services in Europe are available, in English, on the German rail site, Die Bahn. (Put in Scunthorpe to Moscow and it will do it for you!):

Hoping this helps,

Chris
Hi
it is easier to take a train, which should take you an hour or so, as the traffic between these two large cities can sometimes be really hectic.
