ive got a stinking headache AGAIN !

GETTING A BIT FED UP NOW.... had an headache all week. Paracetamol and Neurofen having little or no effect...
plus ive got work tonight !!!!

Have you got some Tiger Balm Funky? Rub that into your temples, or try having a steam - bowl of hot water with a bit of menthol in it, should clear it up. And keeping down the water!

if painkillers don't work get someone to massage
your head and temples or relax with a cold
compress on your head .

and get someone to rub your neck muscles that sometimes works well with long lasting headaches, hope you feel better soon

i am now the worlds leading expert on headaches as i suffer from approx 3,568 per year the more painkillers you take the worse it often makes the headache i have found sleep to be the best cure of all

Oh funkymoped , I know how you feel as I have periods where I have the same for days. I do hope you can feel better soon , are you fit otherwise as mine is caused by spondylosis . xxxxxx
