Hi folks, Can Private parking companys obtain DVLA vehicle details for a parking ticket issued on private land?

yes is the simple answer. I think they have to have good reason for wanting the details thats all.

look at the bbc's watchdog site as they were suggesting the other night to ignore demands for private land parking offences...may be worth a look .......
