French Brie, Stilton, Cornish blue, Matured Double Gloucester, Smokes Austrian......... the list is endless, mmmmmmmm cheese!!

My new fave at the moment in Delamere Mature Goats Cheese. Absolutely beautiful. I use it as an alternative to parmesan. Great stuff.

There isn't a single cheese I don't like but my favourites are brie (with grape), baked camembert, real strong extra mature cheddars, white stilton and blue stilton.

And Dairylea mixed with marmite and spread on toast :-P

black bomber is a great strong white cheese. also a company called 'the cheese boat', they go round the local canals here selling their wax truckles and they are all great cheeses.

I know this sounds bad but it is one of the best i have ever tried..Cracker barrel its strong and all my visitors ask me what it is.. and i now see it in all there fridges.....free ad for cracker barrel i just hope they dont put the price up anymore.....

I have never tried marmite and cheese but will
