Parma ham and melon.
Blank flakes.
There's no such thing as a yummy breakfast that is low fat and healthy.
I like a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk and 3slices of toast with Olivite low fat spread, quite filling!
Oatmeal with raisins and a very small spoonful of brown sugar mixed in.
Full English, hold the fried bread!
Natural Yoghurt and Granola, Branflakes with Banana, Porridge, Fruit, wholemeal toast with marmite.
2 G&T's. Get's you up and going
whole meal bread-toasted, baked beans, quorn sausages, eggs fried in water, turkey rashers (instead of bacon)
poached eggs on wholemeal toast mushrooms(boiled) and tomatoes or fruit salad with yoghurt or a  fruit smoothie.

Put a chopped apple or pear and some dried fruit in a microwaveable container with some orange juice.  Blast for two minutes.   Serve with sprinkling of muesli and dollop of yoghurt.  Yum yum.
