google sky-help please

Google Sky -I`ve got this on my Google Earth programme and can access home page but nothing moves when I click on items to be seen?

Any ideas please as to what I`m doing wrong?

P.s what is a "tracing cookie "found in a scan carried out today? I don`t want to remove anything important.....!

Tracing cookie (actually tracking cookie) can be good or bad, but is usually bad.
