Googling full names

When using Google how does one ensure that it takes note of the full name or phrase rather than the individual words? If I Google Arthur Tailor, for example, I get every Arthur, every Tailor and every tailor. Inserting it as Arthur+Tailor doesn't help. What's the trick?

Use quote marks, e.g. "Arthur Tailor".
You can then limit the search further by including (+) and omitting (-) specific terms.

e.g. "Arthur Tailor" +drums -pictures
