Have found a Trade Plate on the road Reg No. 288 PG

How do i find who owns it

either dvla or vosa should hold the details

Just turn it in to the police and they will return the plate the the owners...

I bet they won't!

Thanks for the replies. It was the rear plate with no name. Police would not give me name of owner but said they would contact owners.
