hi again so that there is no mistake i am 77 not an old codger i walk 8 miles everyday day with my dog its the whisky that keeps me going i like to be nice to people and i can say anything you have put on the site has been good and not like some ofthe rubbish we get

I do 8 miles every Sunday afternoon, that is a whole radio play in the headphones.

I wish I had the time to walk for pleasure : ( But when we go to cornwall in may i am going to get some proper walkin exercise, i am looking forward to that : )
