I have been previously been given a caution for Harassment of my ex boyfriend.

I have for the past 3 months been seeing him and we have been texting each other. He has been the one who has been initiating the contact on all occasions. I am now worried that he is going to go to the police and make a complaint.

I have kept all of the text messages he has sent to me as evidence.

What is likely to happen if it goes to court? Am I likely to end up in prison?

So despite getting a caution already you are still texting him? SO are you still seeing him or not? If you are, why would he report you to the police?

If I were you I would just STOP texting him whether he initiates it or not. Just ignore him completely.

I doubt very much you would go to prison.

Yes I am still texting him but only when he texts me first.

I went to the police station on Sunday morning and told them about the fact that I'm seeing him again and showed them all of the texts I have received from him.

Yes I am still seeing him, I have a feeling he wants to get me into trouble. H said to me the other day that he hoped I was deleting all of his texts, which has made me think that he wants me to get rid of evidence against him.
I really cannot see the judicial system being @rsed with something as trivial as this.

Change your mobile number, move on.

I was told by the police that because I live in a county with very little crime, that they spend most of their time dealing with trivial things such as this.
he had you reported for harrassment, you think he texts you to gt you into trouble and yet you still text him back. Why would you even want to know?

learn from the past or face being charged.

What kind of sentence or punishment am I likely to get if he does make a complaint?
life ffs get a life .
Dont text back! why you would want to be with someone who has already got you done for harrassment i dont know!
Ignore him!
Sorry to be so blunt but if he wanted you back I'm sure he would have made more of an effort than texting in 3 months!
Delete his number, change your number and move on!
you will go to the court and get community service
Seems that he's trying to get you into trouble.Move on.Nothing has happened yet, but if you keep on responding it might.
