I've recently had a cold that has cleared up apart from my ears. It feels like i'm wearing a crash helmet. Will a decongestant like sudafed clear my ears?

This has happened to me in the past. It took some time to clear but it will clear up. Its just part of the ear, nose and throat thing you get with a cold.
I am currently taking one Sudafed three times a day for chronic sinusitis, it is certainly helping both my head & ears. If this doesn't help, it might be best to see your GP.

Hope you feel better soon.
