hi Mr.Robbo,
its a breville anthony worrel thompson mincer and sausage stuffer. quite large and impressive, minces stuff and has a attatchable spout for stuffing sausages. I did try using a caulking gun last year, it worked but you need someone to hold the skins on the spout while you pull the trigger. other problem was it put a lot of air into the skins and you got wrist ache after the first couple of pounds, and also, what a mess.
