I always welcome my neighbours by turning my music up more.

I dont think ive ever actually had new neighbours.Every where ive lived people have been really settled,including where i live now,only four houses.

I got my neighbour prosecuted by the Council under the Noise Nuisance Act. I suffered for nearly 2 years.
