it means don't leave your weed out on the table where your cat will eat it. Because they will. And you'll be gutted. I believe it came from someone who's cat ate their weed.

I used to have a big ginger cat years ago called Sensi. So called because every time you'd light a spliff, he'd come and sit by you.
