Hoping someone can help me with a problem.
My PC was fine two days ago and tonight everytime I go on IE I keep getting an error message,

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the invonvenience.

Then it says....send or don't send error report.

I clicked on send error report, but could not make head nor tail of what it said.

I'm still getting the same error report message.
I'd be most grateful for any help.

Thank you x

Bez, if I ever get that message, I just press dont send.
Hi Bez, Have you ever tried Firefox? Download it and have a go - you would wonder why you haven't use it before. Too many error messages with Explorer. http://filehippo.com/download_firefox/

figure....forgive me for being stupid......but can I access AB from firefox?.....I will take a bit of time with it later on and have a look around.
You can access any website from Firefox. Ask me as much as you want to know and I will answer them as best as I can.

Regular AB link - http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/

Beta AB - http://beta.theanswerbank.co.uk/
Sorry to burst your bubble "figure" but there are a lot of sites out there that you can't use with Firefox. I have a Sat tracking system on my vehicles and it's the biggest tracking web site in the UK but you can't use Firefox. Browser incompatible is the message you'll get on there!
Do not know why the answer to troubleshooting IE always has to be "try Firefox"!!

Redbel, did you try to uninstall and reinstall IE (Internet Explorer). Here is how: (Keep your Windows CD handy before you do this)
Uninstalling IE:
1) Go to Control Panel>Add Remove Programs
2) Click on Add Remove Windows Components
3) Dis-select Internet Explorer, and click on Next and follow the instructions

Reinstalling IE:
1) Go to Control Panel>Add Remove Programs
2) Click on Add Remove Windows Components
3) Select Internet Explorer, and click on Next and follow the instructions

Let us know here if this helped.

Partha
