Xmas dinner- the best bit?

If you had to only have ONE thing from xmas dinner, what would your favourite bit be? Turkey? Stuffing? Sprouts??!?!?

I think Sausagegirl is cheating by getting both a sausage and a rasher of bacon at the same time ;-)

I like sprouts and parsnips, I love stuffing (no rude comments please!) but, if I was forced to go for just one item, it would have to be turkey breast meat.

i make a stuffing that is more like a meat and chestnut meatloaf, made with sausage meat, bacon liver and chestnuts so i would have that as it would provide best value for your one portion choice lol
