Foreign Parts

Are there parts of this site that are totally foreign to you, that you never go into (not even a wee peep just to check for dustballs etc) ?

I cannot recollect ever visiting Adverts, Gaming, Insurance, Media & TV, Phrases & Sayings, Play (what on earth goes on in there lol) or Weather.... and that's not including the sub-sections !

Do we order parts from those foreign places?

Foreign parts? AT first I thought that was what a mail order bride showed her husband once he's completed the payment.

I never go to weather, music (despite working in the music industry), Insurance and Arts.

never go into business and finance, arts and lit, history, gaming, insurance,(in fact i didnt even notice that till i just looked down the list) motoring (i dont drive) science or weather!

A fair few of the others are visited very briefly about once every 3 months or so maybe lol

i stick to chatterbank, body and soul, ab suggs, occasionally P&P although no traffic there these days, media, food and drink, travel , music and how it works

Haha - I had to scroll through all the sub-sections to find out what P&P meant !

I think I've just found the most fascinatingly underused section of the site - Share Dealing in the Business & Finance Section - a grand total of 7 Q's to date...... any advance on that ?

I do visit the other forums. When I see an interesting topic in the 'Recent Post' I'm more inclined to visit though. But Chatterbank is always a stop. Hope this helps. ;-)

i must admit, the recent posts box has taken me to places i wouldnt normally go. I do like that facility on here! a welcome addition it was! :-)

sorry jugglering! lol i used to spend a fair bit of time in there when i first joined ab, there was a long running, highly intelligent question that got up to about 2000 posts! rugeleyboys question so you can imagine lol Once the sub cats got added, P&P became virtually non existant as regards new posts! for me back then it was B&S, followed by P&P and then AB Suggs!

I absolutely love all animals, so this is going to sound really strange: I never visit 'Animals & Nature' to look around. The reason is that I see in 'Recent Posts' references to animals, especially pets, who are terribly sick or who have been found tortured. I know if I read these that I would cry and feel terrible for ages.........even though it's only a computer screen......Crazy hey?
