The normal pressure on your lungs is equivalent about 10m of water ... so diving to a depth of 10m would double the pressure. I don't know if that converts to a halving of capacity ... we need a diver to answer this.


10 metres is the answer my diver daughter gave me.
2. Yes ..it is 10 meters..the volume in this diagram is lung volume /capacity.
