Some time ago I deleted Kazaa from my PC, is there a quick way of reinstalling it pleez?

No quicker than downloading and installing again. I'd recommend against Kazaa though, it's full of spyware. You should go for one of the unofficial versions like KazaaLite - http://www.kazaalite.tk/
