I agree. The police are always moaning about not having enough resources, but they always turn up in twos, even to the smallest of incidents. You don't need to be a scientist to work out that if they went around singularly they would get twice as much work done! I am sorry to say that I have lost faith in the police.
where I used to live it took them an hour to turn up to a car crash on my road, I wouldnt mind but the police station is less than a mile away.

If there was a police section, I think the last people we would see posting was any type of police.
....Along with traffic wardens too samsong.

They always seem to walk down our road holding hands!
I wouldn't mind, but all the houses have drives. We also have double yellow lines & no one ever parks on them!

Anything for an easy life!
Where I live there are large gangs of youths that hang around everywhere. The police are reluctant to do anything for fear of being attacked or even killed. Look at all the children who have been murdered in London and around the country in the last 18 months.

The youth of today - where has this violence bred from?
It does sounds a good idea Oakleaf, but they wouldn't take any notice of us if we did complain.

We wrote many letters to the Chief Constable when a speeding police car missed us by a fraction coming down the wrong side of the road. No apology - just a load of whaffle.
hey i think we need a page on the police so we can all compare how bad they can be.
