Just posted an answer to your previous question. Don't worry about it, GCSE's don't mean anything after college!!
My best mate failed all her GCSE's and is now running her own Internet business from America and making a fortune!!
as i said i got a few U's i know do well for my self, they dont mean nothing , If you read my CV it says i has all A's and B's which is not true
typed to quick know=now and has=have
You are thick as pig ****
Are you doing Computing Science or ICT? I did Computing Science A Level and you wouldn't be able to be that with Cs and below at GCSE. These are only the marks of the exams though, you could have had a bad month.
Your ******* stupid
How much pointless information you can squeeze into your brain and then regurgetate in an exam room really is irrelevant. You can't possibly be judged about how clever you are on these facts. Intelligence is different to being academic, which is different to being able to memorise things, which is different to being intuitive. Everyone has their own ways of being "clever", and exams is certainly not one! I have a first class degree but I can't wire a plug.
my son recently got 3C's, 5 D's and 1E in his GCSE's. He is most certainly not thick - his coursework let him down just through lack of effort. He is now at college doing a computer course and yes he is resitting his Maths and English, although he is now doing it because he wants to rather than has to, he is enjoying it and coming top of his tutor groups. so keep on trying and don't let a few poor grades put you off, you still have your whole life in front of you to make of it what you will
It depends partly on whether you tried.  If so, you are not 'thick', but may not be academically inclined (and that is not a bad thing).  If you didn't try, you may be thick if you have no back up plan, but are not thick if, like the rest of us who didn't do well in exams, you go on to be very sucessful in a career of your choice

3 of us have been mates since the fifties.

The one with the fewest academic qualifications got a trade, earned a small fortune, has a lovely house, wife, kids. grandkids.......and is thought the world of by all who know him........so what if he didn`t get any paper certificates?

How would you like your success to be measured?
