As in a name, not lieutenant. In The Simpsons Bart's naval boyband manger was Lt. L.T. Smash and in The Hunted (a film) TLJ's character was named L.T. Bonham.

Not sure about the other one but in The Simpsons LT was called Lt because he was a lieutenant in the navy.  It was supposed to be a hint as to his real identity as a recruiting officer that was not revealed early in the episode.  God I'm sad!

If you're sad then maybe I'm sadder. On his desk, Smash's nameeplate read 'L.T. Smash.' When the full stop was blown away Lisa gasped 'Lieutenant Smash' and he answered 'That's right. Lieutenant L.T. Smash.'
