Report the discrepancy to the auditor of the machine asap. They will have found an extra 20 when they balance the books following the next time they load the machine. They will hopefully reimburse you and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
but dont bank on it, it took me 6 weeks before i got my money back, although it was 200, i reported it straighaway and only got my money back when i did by chance, i went into my local branch to find out what was happening and one of the big bosses was visiting for some reason and he heard me getting irrate and gave me the money there and then. hope you get yours back quicker
I used to work in a bank. They get an audit roll of all the transactions that the cash machine does plus any problems it had paying cash out.

Go in and see them and they should be able to sort you out.
Speak to your own bank - they have to contact the owner of the cash machine on your behalf.
If it IS owned by your bank then all the better - go into the branch it's attached to and report it.
