Docklands light railway.
I have an old map showing the "North London Line" running from Richmond to Broad Street.
I remember taking those trains, docklands railway to the Greenwich Mean time Centre and to see the Sutty Sark. These trains are distinct from the usual underground trains.
Thought DLR was still run by LU. Think the answer may be The Drain, the Waterloo & City line.
Well, the tube map also includes all National Rail services that run accross the area.

Random Fact!

Originally all the lines were seperate railways run by competing companies.

Doesn't help you with this question but helps to explain why its all so jumbled
