Glasgow has just won the right to host the Commonwealth Games. Are we in danger of getting Games fatigue?

Moi? Cheeky? Not a bit of it. Shrinking violet me.

I have two names China Doll which I always am and Lady Muck for when China Doll breaks the rules (or in this case hacks someone off I think). That's it. I've never needed more than two and I've always been open about the fact that the two names are one and the same person. Never did get the hiding behind alias thing. It would be difficult for me to hide my style anyway. Have you always been cambus? Or have I known you as another name?

Yeah, I'm fond of you too (although you're occasionally confusing and sometimes I'm a bit slow with keeping up with your sense of humour). That bit you're not going in to, that also related to the place you can't go?

As long as you carry on being wide eyed and innocent I'll carry on being the shrinking violet I'll be around.

I'll stick with China then, if Ed ever releases me!
Sorry slow in getting back.
At work at the moment.
Was casaespana at one time.
Been on here just over 2 years.
Looked at the site for about a month, before plucking up the courage to join.
Went into Sport and got involved in a row with Bob the Turkey and Norman the Dog, they tore me apart, I really was innocent then.
Soon learned how to fight back!

Happily married, (place I couldn't go) probably a bit too loyal sometimes, when I see what goes on with other people.
See you later x.
Bless, sport can be a fairly emotive topic I've noticed, I think a thick skin is all that's needed on this site sometimes, but most people I'm in touch with or catch up with on AB are just fine. Can't believe you got torn apart though, you always seemed quite bright and fiesty to me. I don't think I've had the pleasure of being torn apart yet, hopefully I never will, I rarely set out to offend anyone. I've been here about a year and a half I think.

I thought as much and don't be silly, there's no such thing as 'too loyal', it's a good thing to be (although for the record one handed typing and bunny boiling isn't my thing). Never mind what other people do, you just do what you do, it seems to work just fine from where I'm sitting. x
Thanks for everything you've said, much appreciated.
Been doing a lot of thinking today, guilty conscience, I know it sounds stupid, but its how I've felt for a few weeks.
Glad I could open up a bit, and for you to listen.

You must be fed up with this, no need to reply, get on with whatever you are doing, catch you later. x
I'll reply to whatever I like, you're not the boss of me... I took the obey line out of the vowls to be on the safe side.

There's nothing to feel guilty about, friends (in whatever world) often enjoy a laugh and a joke together so I'm told and some of my favourite people on here are married. Now admittedly they are one handed typers... Kidding! Seriously though, take the guilt as a sign you're a good person (although I've never had any doubt as to that).

You love your wife and you're happily married, you found out that you can make friends and have a laugh in cyber world with a demented female, two good things, not mutually exclusive things. You worry too much x
You've really cheered me up, honestly.
Everything you've said is true.
I came on here for a bit of fun and banter and ended up falling in love with a demented pixel.
Trouble is, you are neither.
I count myself lucky with our marriage, my wife is a quiet caring person, I don't know what her reaction would be if she saw any of this.
I could never do anything that would hurt her.

Good guess about the typing, spot on, that did make me laugh.
My wife is excellent on the keyboard, but hardly ever uses the computer.
I, on the other hand, the left one to be exact, am totally useless.
One finger typing, elbow resting on table and caps lock left on, delete and start again!
Use computer at work now and again, but its not part of the job, just as well.
Cheers for bringing a smile and lol moment tonight, if you change your username again, try angel.
one handed typers straight over my head TWICE.
Now I know how naomi feels!
Wondered when the one handed thing would sink in! I'll get you some blonde hair dye on my way home tonight.

Your wife is a lucky lady. :c)

I always thought little horns suited me more than a halo but should I have a change of name I shall certainly consider chaging my wicked ways!

(I think my home internet is down again, great!)
Yay!
Yay, I take it your up and running again, good.
Soul baring finished now, feel a hundred times better, thanks to you.
I think we should finish with this thread now and get back to life on the net, I won't be looking for a reply.
Gromit has done well with 50 posts on here, don't think he needs an apology, with all the trade we have given him.

Is it as soft as they say inside?
Hope this has taught you a lesson, but I very much doubt it, stiffer sentences I say!!

See you later. x
