Im looking for the piece of music whic is played in most episodes of the UK series of the office. It is a piano piece. realy tinklely and repetitive. Im sure it was used on an advert once for something like british rail? Im not talking about the music on the drumasters site.

alot of the music used in the Apprentice is from the film Sexy Beast with Ray Winstone. Not sure about the piano part. Best thing is to contact the BBC.
It might be a song by moby called God moving over the face of the water, its been used on a few adverts in the last few months, its a great tune on the piano.

I believe the piece you are looking for is called 'Never Change' by Bill Conti. It's from the remake of The Thomas Crown Affair which starred Pierce Brosnan. There was an album released of music from that film and you can hear a snippet on amazon. I know this as I too had the same question and found the answer on digitalspy.co.uk

I am actually now looking for the music from the UK apprentice which is a combination of piano / violin (I think - could be viola) - it was used in the last episode (7) when Syed, Sharon, Tuan and Paul were having an argument in the house - if anyone knows what it is and could let me know it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

don't worry - found it. it's

The Gravel Road by James Newton Howard

from the film 'The Village' if anyone is interested.

I guess they like using filmscores in The UK Apprentice !
