Eighteen months ago my bank obtained a CCJ against me for 14k in respect of a loan re-payment default. They agreed to accept 30 pm in repayment. I have paid regular instalments until Sept this year when I lost my job. I advised the collection Solicitors who were able to give an extention. I wrote in Oct inresponse to a letter explaining I received 58 Job seekers allowance per week and was still having difficulties.
The response has been a Notice of Issue of Warrant of Execution taken out in the County Court for 14119 and notice unless I pay in full by 17th Nov the Bailiff will call and may remove goods
I cannot pay, my goods are not worth this amount, I acknowledge the debt but am powerless to pay at the moment.
What can I do about this?
