The only way I know of - and it's not pleasant as it's very messy (ideally have an assistant) ; Remove the lower hose from the fluid reservoir. Put that into a container (with narrow neck, such as an old 5 litre oil bottle or water bottle). Start the engine and turn steering full lock to lock and back. Switch off immediately. Reconnect hose, refill reservoir, start engine and turn lock to lock again to bleed out any air. Switch off, top up to the correct level and repeat until you have a stable fluid level. Can help with noisy steering and a few other problems - you'll be surprised how much crap comes out with the old fluid.
