Who was the subject of Chris de Burgh's song 'Lady in Red'? It could have been his wife Diane de Burgh or maybe someone else. Does anyone know?

Just found this ...

Chris de Burgh: "By the way, I've never confirmed this song to be written for Diane, ... The song describes just a normal relationship. After some time, you begin to lose care for each other, lives driving apart. That's the way it is, but doesn't reflect my personal life or my marriage at all."
