I heard that rumour years ago and was never sure whether or not to believe it.

It's one of the many rumours denied by Manson in his autobiography The Long Hard Road Out Of Hell. There are childhood photos of him in the book and he actually looks nothing like the kid in The Wonder Years! I wonder how this rumour got started!

totally irrelevant but giovanni ribisi, who has been in loads of films and played frank jr (pheobe's half brother) in friends was in the wonder years. never heard that one about marylin manson before highly amusing thought though.

The bloke in the Wonder Years would be quite old now. Marylin looks quite youngish

Actually, Marliyn Manson (aka Brian Warner) was born in 1969 and Josh Saviano was born in 1976
