Hi Does anyone know if you can get a ferry to Ayia Napa from Kos, as my brother is getting married there next year btu I am already on hols in Kos?

You can certainly get from Kos to Rhodes (Rodos) by ferry and from there to Limassol on Cyprus.

The Rhodes to Limassol ferry appears to be only a weekly service. If this website is accurate, it looks as if you might have difficulty in making the journey:
