Blue task manager bar

Hi, last night my son was messing with the PC, somehow he got the blue bar that is normally at the bottom of the screen (you know, where anything you 'shrink down' goes) is now sitting upright on the right of the screen. Hoiw can I get that bar to go back to the bottom of the screen please?

Cancel that, it's sorted now ;-)

The taskbar (the blue bar with the Start Menu on it) can be moved to the other edges of the screen rather than just the bottom.to

In case it happens to anyone else:

Move your cursor to the edge of the taskbar nearest the main desktop. The cursor will change to a black double-headed arrow.

Hold down the left mouse key and you should be able to drag the taskbar back to the bottom of the screen.
