adder's tongue ?

Thanks Kettledrum. I wondered about that, but can't see which category it fits? It seems to be a lily??
That's why I put the question mark ! Chamber's says:
a genus of ferns (Ophioglossum)whose spores grow on a spike resembling a snake's tongue: dog's tooth violet.
Botany is not my strong point, but 'ordinary' violet is a flavouring, as in violet creams - soft centred chocolates.

Thanks again Kettledrum. I love soft centered chocs so reverse logic means I have to go along with Adders Tongue !
'Fines herbs' is obviously completely wrong (grammatically speaking!). These quiz-setters, huh? :)
Oh Quizmonkey! I do so agree. Some of the questions / answers make one despair.
