Whats this song called?

I think it started off "This is the story of Ali Kazoom" or something like that, was out in the nineties i think but it didn't get far. Anyone know?

the sound 5. i think it was called ana kazoo but its been a while since i dug out the cd - the single cover had a mannequin's head on!
