Can my partner stop me from gaining access to the house by locking me out, changing the locks, denying me access by not giving me a key? He owns the property, it is not rented, but all my posessions are in there....what are my rights? I am trying to leave...

Can you ring him and agree a time to collect your belongings. If he owns the house then he can change the locks but he has to give you your possessions back.
Even a tenant would have more rights than that. Go to CAB and take advice.
Go round with a couple of "burly" friends when he's not there, kick the door in and get your stuff.
