My Graphics Card Is An Intel(R) 82810-DC100 Graphics Controller. Manufacturer-Intel Version-4.0 Does anyone know any sites where i can upgrade this for free?

Do you mean update the driver? To upgrade the card will mean buying a new one from somewhere. Try Windows Update for new drivers.

Go to the makers site and look for an upgrade (update).
