Downloading Sopcast

I have been trying to download sopcast so that I can watch live premiership games on the net but each time I click on the download link it will not begin. I would appreciate any advice. I am using windows XP

I've just tried the download myself. From the home page of the Sopcast website, nothing happens for me when I click on the link to the download page. However, routing my request via download.com gave me no problems at all:
http://www.download.com/SopCast/3000-2424_4-10 601521.html
