Where can I find FM radio channels for traffic warnings on the A1, A14, M11 and M25 (I will be travelling from Lincolnshire to Gatwick in the near future, on a Sunday). ?Any specific warnings for this journey ?

your route will pass through the broadcast areas of Hereward FM (102.7), Q103 (103), Essex FM (102.6) and Capital (95.8); however commercial stations tend not to broadcast traffic reports on a sunday (other than in exceptional circumstances), so you might be better off on Radio 2, which does at least have an hourly traffic report.
Most mobile phone companies have a Traffic Report line. For instance, O2 you dial 1200. It will give you a report for the area you are in or a specific road. For M'ways dial 1 followed by M number ( eg M25 = 125), for A road, 2 followed by number (eg A14 = 214). I use it and its fairly well up to date.
